The Three Lions Bring Back Bukayo Saka But Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden & Jack Grealish Are Omitted
Bukayo Saka has scored a dozen goals in 44 caps for England.
England have recalled the Arsenal winger for upcoming fixtures against Latvia and Wales, however no room for Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka missed last month's World Cup qualifying victories against Andorra and Serbia with a hamstring injury.
The 24-year-old recently returned for Arsenal and found the net in their victory against Olympiacos on Wednesday.
Saka comes in for club colleague Madueke, who is sidelined until November with a knee problem.
The Three Lions meet the Welsh in a warm-up match at the national stadium on Thursday prior to a qualifying match in Latvia on October 14.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a maximum of two points from their last two qualifiers versus Albania and Serbia in the next month to reach the World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Leverkusen's Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Livramento, who is sidelined for two months following sustaining a knee issue against Arsenal recently.
Anderson and Spence, who earned their first England call-ups previously, keep their spots. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, despite the return to fitness of Wharton.
Saka has featured in just one game for the manager since he became England manager, due to fitness and hamstring injuries.
Bellingham was absent from the last England international camp as he recovered from shoulder surgery and has managed just one start for his club after coming back from injury.
Foden was left out from the coach’s previous selection following a dip in performance and has been unable to force his way back, even with a strong start to the campaign with Manchester City.
The forward also is excluded despite a revival in form on loan at Everton. He has not featured for England since last year.

'Focus on omissions over inclusions'
The manager’s latest England squad brings scrutiny on those the boss has omitted rather than the players he has selected.
Jude Bellingham's exclusion may raise some eyebrows but Tuchel understandably feels there is no rush to bring back the Real Madrid star.
City’s Phil Foden and loanee Grealish have both performed well at the start of the season.
Those who the manager used in England's World Cup qualifier wins against Serbia and Andorra deserve the reward of continuity.
There will be disappointment that Arsenal's Madueke is not included because of a fitness issue.
The Forest player has settled well at international level.
The England boss is a fan of Grealish, especially, and also the City star.
One unexpected move, it is the exclusion of Palace’s Wharton.
Bellingham, naturally, will be needed further down the line.
